  • Represented Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation in its $22.7mm Series H preferred stock and warrant investment in NeuroPace, Inc., an implantable neurostimulation device manufacturer and developer
  • Represented the Hewlett and Flora Foundation in its $300mm revolving L/C with JPMorgan Chase Bank
  • Represented TSG Consumer Partners in its year-end bridge financing for Raybern Foods, Inc., frozen foods manufacturing company, consisting of $10mm term loan and $3.5mm working capital line
