- Name, gender, address, home telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address
- Educational background (name and location of the school, major, year of entrance and year of graduation, graduation status, GPA, status of scholarship, etc.), work experience (company, title, responsible area, date of commencement of employment and last date of employment, service period, evaluation on work attitude and performance results, etc.), history of military service, language abilities, etc.
- Any personal information that is described in any document which is submitted to KL Partners, including letter of self-introduction, transcript, or similar

2. Purposes of Collection and Use
Identification and confirmation of educational background and career of a candidate; management of previous application history; determination of hiring and notification thereof; confirmation of candidate’s intention to apply when additionally hiring employees, etc.


3. Period of Retention and Use
Unless otherwise obliged to preserve your personal information by applicable laws and regulations, KL Partners retains and uses your personal information until the above purposes of collection and use are attained.

 

Optional Collection and Use

1. Collected Items
- Qualification, history of awards and sanctions, photo, date of birth
- Status of family members (including relationship with you, name, age, etc.)

2. Purposes of Collection and Use
Use as reference materials for review of hiring a candidate

3. Period of Retention and Use
Unless otherwise obliged to preserve your personal information by applicable laws and regulations, KL Partners retains and uses your personal information until the above purposes of collection and use are attained.

You have the right to refuse the collection and use of general personal information as set forth above. However, if you refuse the mandatory collection and use of general personal information, you may not execute or maintain an agreement with KL Partners. If you refuse the optional collection and use of qualification, history of awards and sanctions, etc., these items cannot be considered as reference materials for the review of your application.

If you provide personal information of a third party including your family members (hereinafter, the “Family Members, etc.”) to KL Partners, you, before providing such information, should fully explain to the Family Members, etc. that their personal information will be provided to KL Partners, and provided items, purposes of provision (if KL Partners transfers such information to a third party again, including the contents related thereto), and period of retention and use by KL Partners and then obtain their consent. By signing this Consent Form or consenting electronically, you represent that you explained the above to the concerned Family Members, etc. and obtained legitimate consent from them.
